Mother’s Day is just two weeks away. I was supposed to be on a weekend getaway at a spa, but unfortunately, that won’t be happening anytime soon. Even though this day isn’t what we all envisioned for Mother’s Day, we can all still take time to appreciate our moms and add a little brightness to the day.
Mother’s Day Gifts
1.Paint by Numbers – Unless you’re an essential worker, you’re most likely quarantined at home. This paint by numbers set is a great way to spend time and end up with a great piece of art to hang on your wall.
2. Heart Picture Frame This heart frame is so sweet and I love the shagreen material. It’s perfect for the bedside table or dresser.
3. Monogram Necklace – A monogram necklace is such a wonderful present for a mom. Eric gave me one when Izzy was born and I wear it everyday. Kiel James Patrick came out with a preppy new line of monogram necklaces and I love the pearl detail. They’re super affordable too.
4. Custom Commission This is a very thoughtful and unique gift for any mom. Hire a talented artist like, Karri Lee in this link, to do a watercolor painting of her house, a pet, a memorable location or favorite flower.
5. Jane Austen Book Set – For the mom who loves to read, this is such a cool set for the bookshelf. I love the matching covers in your choice of pink or blush.
6. Pajama – This one is self-explanatory. Comfy, cozy pajamas are always a good idea.
7. Rose Quartz Roller – I’ve been using this quartz roller everyday. It helps de-puff your skin in the morning, it helps your skin absorb your serums or creams, and it also help with lymphatic drainage. It honestly just feels good too.
8. Silk Pillowcase – I don’t have this, but it is on my “I want” list… a silk pillowcase has so many benefits. Silk pillowcases can improve skin and hair hydration, prevent fine lines and wrinkles, and result in smoother, frizz-free hair every morning
9. Plush Slippers – The ones I have from Ann Taylor are sold out, but these are very similar. I feel like I’m walking on a fluffy cloud whenever I wear them, which is pretty much all the time in quarantine.
For all the moms out there, I hope you have a peaceful and relaxing day filled with love from family & your kiddos. May you spend the day in comfy pajamas and slippers, sipping on delicious wine or a cocktail, lost in a good book, or meditating while painting your paint by numbers piece from Amazon. Not likely, but one can dream. Happy Mother’s Day!
