Linherr Hollingsworth is a bit of a local celebrity here in Fairfield County. In a past life, the designer had a successful career in fashion with Adrienne Vittadini and Eli Tahari, but later decided to shift her focus on interiors (lucky for us!) You can see how her two professions have clearly overlapped in her designs, which are uniquely tailored with an organic softness and use of strong lines.
Based in Norwalk, Connecticut, the interior designer composes stunning interiors as well as contemporary textiles and wallpapers for the fabric powerhouse, Kravet. Women supporting women is one of the main ethos of our company (made even better when they are local,) so there was no contest in specifying one of Hollingsworth’s designs into our Blue Park Kitchen project. Blue Park Kitchen also has a woman at the helm— female strength and creativity runs on high voltage in the space!

One of the first spaces I search for in a designer’s portfolio is their workspace. Clients come with their own sense of style and preferences, but a designer’s office is typically the perfect representation of their creativity. The Linherr Hollingsworth headquarters is the perfect example. Siting within a restored factory, the space has been transformed with a neutral color pallet, bold light fixtures and colorful materials. What office dreams are made of!
Clean, crisp, with pops of color is a perfect description of a Hollingsworth design.
